- How long are shipping times?
We work with suppliers from around the world to source beautiful and unique quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-29 days for items to reach your doorstep. Each product at Anima Libera Shop has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
- What's your return policy?
Some of our items are non-returnable and exchangeable. Please read items description. For the rest of the items, we have a 5 day policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return if the items are not as described or is damaged. Tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return, please email us at info@animaliberashop.com or anima.libera.shop@gmail.com with your proof of purchase, and a picture of your item's issue. Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible only if the item hasn't shipped from the manufacturer already or if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Please email us at info@animaliberashop.com.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- please notify us.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, please notify us.
